Hope Faust
From the age of nine, when she asked her mother to allow her to redecorate her own room, Hope has applied her vision and considerable talents to her view that one's home is a key to the enjoyment of life and sense of well being.
After she graduated with a degree in Fine Arts and then with a graduate degree in Architecture from the preeminent Rhode Island School of Design, she went on to obtain her real estate broker's license in her native city of New York. Hope's career has been focused on the synthesis of architectural design and real estate, achieving national success in the specialized real estate development of design centers in both N.Y and California, where she held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In addition, Hope has had extensive experience in corporate facility planning and design, serving as the Director of Design for a nation-wide conglomerate. As an independent businessperson and entrepreneur, Hope has owned an award-winning design showroom at the Mart and a remodeling and design business, catering to the custom needs of homeowners.
Hope's creative talents and skills allow her to visualize and bring to fruition the unique qualities of any real estate property. When acting as a Seller's agent, she is able to identify the facets of a property which will enable it to be quickly and efficiently marketed, offering her expertise on how to highlight those aspects and thereby maximize the value and correctly position the property to appeal to the broadest range of potential buyers. When acting as a Buyer's agent, she quickly realizes what will appeal to and serve the needs of the buyer and quickly ferret out the most suitable properties. She can use her design and architectural skills to guide a buyer toward realizing the potential in properties and how these can be re-worked, where necessary, to meet the needs of the buyer.
If you want guidance and to enjoy your real estate experience, you need "Hope".
